Shipping Policy

We dispatch your order within 3-5 business days upon receiving it. Deliveries typically occur within 7-15 business days.

If the address you provided during checkout matches precisely with the address to which we shipped your order, and your tracking indicates successful shipment, the responsibility for delivery lies solely with the courier. We do not assume liability for lost or stolen packages. In case of any issues, please contact the courier directly (UPS/CANADA POST). As a helpful tip, if you anticipate not being home during delivery hours, we recommend contacting the courier and arranging for your package to be held at a nearby post office for pickup, thus minimizing the risk of loss or theft.

Dil Khush Candy is not liable for packages that the carrier has reported as delivered. We do not provide refunds or credits for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.

Upon processing your order, we will promptly send you a shipping confirmation notification containing the package tracking number.

International Shipments

Customers are responsible for any customs taxes associated with international shipments. Dil Khush Candy does not cover the cost of customs taxes.

  • The courier (UPS) may reach out to the customer for customs clearance purposes. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to handle customs clearance, and The Dil Khush Candy Inc. bears no responsibility for any customs clearance or customs tax.
  • Orders are shipped via UPS, and customers will receive a full tracking ID via email. Please note that once the order has been shipped, refunds cannot be issued.
